Returns Policy
Goods may be returned within 10 days*. All returns must show no signs of use and be properly packaged before being returned. We reserve the right not to accept any returns if they are not in appropriate packing, which will protect them in transit. Any returned customer goods damaged or lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer. You must obtain proof of postage before you return items. This is offered free by the Post Office.

*For all UK customers, your UK statutory rights are fully protected.

Sorry but we are unable to refund original postage and packaging or returns postage, as these are both direct costs. We will credit your original form of payment.

Colour Reproduction.
Care has been taken to ensure that colours shown in this web site are as true a representation as is possible within the restrictions of PC and webpage design. It may be possible to obtain small fabric samples but these are very limited.

Do I pay custom / import duties for international orders?
Any customs or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

How long before I get a refund?
Please allow at least two weeks before contacting us. As it may take a week before we process and then there are banking processing times too.
